My 30s were a time of major change, resilience, and discovering how strong I am. I started my 30s with one son, a husband, a new house, and a marketing agency – and now, I'll be beginning my 40th year with two amazing, brilliant sons, two companies with my sister, the knowledge that I have changed the cultural zeitgeist (a few times!), four top podcasts, two books out on submission, the most fantastic friends, and most importantly, a deep pride for both the person I am now, and my inner child too (hi little Livvy, we see you!).
