Hi friend,
June is here, bringing longer days, warmer air, and a gentle invitation to begin again.
You don’t need a huge reason or a big goal to start fresh.
You just need breath in your lungs and a little self-kindness.
This month, we’re choosing ease. Ease in our homes, our relationships, our meals, and our inner voice.
Here's your June care package—filled with small but mighty ways to nourish yourself.
✍️ Journal Prompt
What would “ease” look like for me this month?
Think: fewer expectations, more rest. Less proving, more being.
💛 Affirmations for June
Read them. Save them. Say them to yourself in the bathroom mirror.
I am allowed to want a life that feels good inside.
I don’t need to earn rest, softness, or joy.
I can do hard things—but I don’t have to do them alone.
I trust the timing of my becoming.
Small steps count. Tiny joys matter.
🍴 Easy Summer Meal Ideas (That Won’t Heat Up Your House)
🍅 Caprese Salad Toasts – Thick-cut bread, fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, basil, and balsamic glaze.
🍗 Rotisserie Chicken Tacos – Shred grocery-store chicken, add lime, slaw, avocado. Dinner = done.
🥜 Cold Peanut Noodles – Cooked noodles + peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, and any crunchy veggies you’ve got.
🥫 Chickpea Salad Wraps – Mix canned chickpeas, lemon, mayo or tahini, salt, and crunchy veg in a tortilla or lettuce cup.
🧀 🍓 Fruit + Cheese Picnic Plate – Strawberries, cucumbers, brie, crackers, hummus, olives. Add wine or sparkling water.
Bonus idea: Just eat cereal for dinner if you want. That counts too. 🥣
☀️ Fresh Tip of the Month
Have a “Summer Sanity Kit.”
Fill a small basket or bag with a few things that calm or recenter you: a good book, lip balm, gum, your favorite playlist, a granola bar, sunscreen, a hair tie. Keep it in your car or tote bag. Summer gets chaotic—this helps it feel grounded.

🌱 A Thought to Carry
“Spring has a way of bringing everything back to life, even a broken heart.” - Willie Nelson
Let June be the month you choose to soften.
To pause.
To remember that tending to yourself is a radical, beautiful thing.
We’re cheering for you always.
Here’s to fresh air, fresh berries, and a fresh start.
With love,
💛 Olivia & Jenny
